For decades, Gina has provided legal representation to businesses, ranging from startups to Fortune 10, across various industries.
Gina has spent her legal career representing companies as their national legal counsel. She has a proven record of success, effectively counseling clients to address legal demands and facilitate business objectives. Gina is an expert in strategy, leadership, and communication. She can quickly identify her clients’ legal needs and provides efficient and effective solutions to address those needs, as well as the ever-evolving demands on her clients’ businesses.
Gina has notable expertise as a trusted attorney in the field of employment and benefits law, in addition to serving as businesses’ go-to-counsel on a variety of legal matters. Gina’s practice includes drafting policies, plans, contracts and agreements; assisting with internal investigations and audits; conducting training and seminars; overseeing third-party relationships and contracts; and managing litigation.
Gina has also represented companies in state and federal courts, agencies and arbitration tribunals nationwide, solidifying her record of success across the country. Notably, because of her experience as a litigator, Gina is able to provide “360° advice” (as she calls it) to her clients; that is, she not only strategically counsels her clients to address any immediate legal concerns but also to best position them for any issues that may arise in the future.
Gina has been named repeatedly as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer and has been a frequent writer and speaker with regards to legal and business-related topics.
Gina’s prior experience includes representing businesses in a large firm in Boston for many, many years and, thereafter, as outside General Counsel. Additionally, she has served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph Rodriguez in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and worked in the press office of a former Massachusetts Governor. Gina’s non-legal background further includes roles in a wide range of industries, which only adds to her knowledge of business and the ability to be an effective advocate on behalf of her clients. She also takes great pride in the fact, while working for smaller businesses early-on, including her father’s business, she learned the importance of attention to detail and exceptional service to her clients.
Gina is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and other jurisdictions in the United States. Gina received her J.D. from Boston College Law School. and holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Boston College.
