  • Colton Jacob and Vincent Connor Fuchs v. Steward Partners Global Advisory, LLC, et al., Civil Action No. 1:23-cv-01179-RP (W.D. Tx 2024), prevailed on motion to compel arbitration to FINRA and obtained dismissal on behalf of defendants in a collective action.
  • Aegis Solutions, LLC v. Computer Data Source, Inc., Civil Action No. 1:24- cv-12801 (D. Mass. 2024), resolved on terms favorable to the client, plaintiff.
  • Dahlquist v. JAL Corp., et al, C.A. No. 2253-CV-000185 (Mass. Dist. Ct. 2022), resolved on terms favorable to the clients, defendants.
  • Geng v. PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. d/b/a PNC Bank and Erich Fuller, Civil Action No., 13-0004 (D.N.J 2014), obtained summary judgment on behalf of Defendants.
  • Boby v. The PNC Bank Corp. and Affiliates Long Term Disability Plan, 2:11-cv-00848 (W.D. Pa September 6, 2012), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendant.
  • Poznak v. The PNC Bank Corp. and Affiliates Long Term Disability Plan, 11-C-618, 2012 WL 2120565 (E.D. Wis. June 11, 2012) aff’d, 486 Fed. Appx. 611,612 (7th Cir. 2012), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendant, culminating in victory before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
  • Blair v. Liberty Life Assurance Co. of Boston a/kla Liberty Mutual Group and National Corporation Welfare Benefits Plan, 8:09-cv-00906-AW, 2011 WL 2471768 (D. Md. June 20, 2011), affirmed Blair v. Liberty Life Assurance Co. of Boston alk/a Liberty Mutual Group and National Corporation Welfare Benefits Plan, 11-cv-1958 (4th Cir. May 1, 2012), rehearing en banc denied, Blair v. Liberty Life Assurance Co. of Boston alk/a Liberty Mutual Group and National Corporation Welfare Benefits Plan, 11-cv-1958 (4th Cir. June 19, 2012), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendants, culminating in a victory on appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and, ultimately, before the United States Supreme Court.
  • Doerschler, et al. v. PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., et al., 1:11-cv-443 (W.D. Mi April 24, 2012), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendants.
  • Balas v. PNC Fin. Servs. Group, Inc and Affiliates Long Term Disability Plan., 2:10-cv-249, 2012 WL 681711 (W.D. Pa. Feb. 29, 2012), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendant.
  • Tebo v. Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., PNC Financial Services, Inc., PNC Financials Services Group Inc. and Affiliates Long Term Disability Plan, 4:09-cv-40068 (D. Mass. Jan. 24, 2012), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendants.
  • Hilton, Hanson, Castricone and Cotto v. CVS Inc. and Charles MacIntyre, ESCV201 l-01372 (Mass. Super. Ct. Jan. 18, 2012), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendants.
  • Barcellos v. CVS Inc., Patrick Landroche and Brenda Kearney, ESCV201 l-01373 (Mass. Super. Ct. Jan. 5, 2012), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendants.
  • Caldwell v. PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., National City Corporation Amended and Restated Management Severance Plan, Kerry Allen, and John Does 1-10, 2:l l-cv-00182-JLG-MRA, 2011 WL 6340863 (S.D. Ohio Dec. 19, 2011), obtained a dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendants.
  • Welter v. The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., 3:10-cv-00518-JMM (M.D. Pa. Sept. 7, 2011), obtained a voluntary dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendant.
  • McIntosh v. Bank of America, 1:06-cv-00708-JTC-HKS, 2011 WL 3759793 (W.D.N.Y. Aug. 25, 2011), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendant.
  • Slauter v. National City Corp. Welfare Benefits Plan and Liberty Life Assurance Co. of Boston, 3:10-cv-00272-TMR (S.D. Ohio May 18, 2011), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendants.
  • Marbella v. PNC Bank Corp., et al., 2:10-cv-00513-JFC (W.D. Pa. April 7, 2011), obtained a voluntary dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendant.
  • Horn v. Bank of America Corporation, et al., 1:10-cv-06082 (S.D.N.Y. March 23, 2011), obtained a voluntary dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendant.
  • Chazanow v. SussexMortgage.com, et al., 2:l 1-cv-126 (E.D. Va. January 12, 2011), obtained dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendant.
  • Heacock v. The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and Affiliates Long Term Disability Plan, 3:09-cv-358-JDM (W.D. Ky July 30, 2010), obtained a voluntary dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendant.
  • Wheatley, as trustee for the bankruptcy estate of Shirley W Rehm, and Shirley W Rehm v. JJB. Hilliard, WL. Lyons, Inc., 1:10-cv-388-PLM (W.D. Ky May 26, 2010), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendant.
  • Paolino v. Paolino and Merrill Lynch, FC#K2005-0654 (R.I., Family Court, Kent S.C. Feb. 5, 2010), obtained dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendants.

  • Cloud v. PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., et al., 2:06-cv-01066-LS, 2009 WL 255631 (E.D. Pa. Feb. 2, 2009), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendants.
  • Ring v. PNC Bank Corp. and Affiliates Long Term Disability Plan, 2:08-cv-00336-DWA (W.D. Pa. Dec. 3, 2008), obtained a voluntary dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendant.
  • Engelhardt v. Bank of America, successor in interest to FleetBoston Financial Corp., 1:08-cv- 240-LEK-DRH (N.D.N.Y. Aug. 12, 2008), obtained dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendant.
  • Zalewski v. PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., 06-cv-1231 (W.D. Pa. April 9, 2008), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendant.
  • Myra Wolf Hoffinan v. PNC, No. 6241C of 199 (Pa. Court of Common Pleas, Luzerne County Jan. 30, 2008), obtained dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendant.
  • Teel v. Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. and The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and Affiliates Long Term Disability Plan, 3:07-cv-00184-TBR (W.D. Ky Jan. 29, 2008), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendants.
  • Ricci v. CVS Inc., 06-cv-11469 (D. Mass. Nov. 7, 2007) (malicious prosecution dismissed) & Dec. 31, 2007, obtained a voluntary dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendant.
  • West v. Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. and PNC Bank Corp., 3:05-cv-486-CRS-DW (W.D. Ky Aug. 27, 2007), aff’d West. v. Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. and PNC Bank Corp., 07-6137 (6th Cir. Jan. 8, 2008), obtained an award of summary judgment, which was affirmed on appeal, on behalf of defendants.
  • Delaney v. CVS Pharmacy, Inc., 3:05-cv-30233 (Ponsor) (D. Mass. July 13, 2007), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendant.
  • Somma v. Bank of America Corp., 3:06-cv-01283-AWT (D. Conn. Oct. 17, 2006), obtained voluntary dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendant.
  • Lucas v. PFPC, Inc., 05-cv-2109, 2006 WL 1147424 (E.D. Pa. April 27, 2006), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendant.
  • Cubillos v. CVS/Pharmacy and Farmington Avenue CVS, Inc., 3:05-cv-52MRK (D. Conn. April 11, 2006), obtained a voluntary dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendants.
  • Paul Fox v. PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., PNC Bank, as trustee for PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. Pension Plan, Pension Committee of PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. Pension Plan, 2:04-cv-58, 2006 WL 891027 (E.D. Pa. April 4, 2006), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendants.
  • Okpulor v. PNC Bank, 3:04-cv-1755-M, 2006 WL 305780 (N.D. Tex. Feb. 9, 2006), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendant.
  • DelGreco v. CVS Corp. d/b/a/ Pharmacare Management Services, 337 F. Supp. 2d 475 (S.D.N.Y. 2004), aff’d 164 Fed. Appx. 75, 2006 WL 190003 (2d Cir. Jan. 25, 2006), on behalf of defendant, obtained summary judgment in a class action, which was affirmed on appeal before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
  • Dettore v. PNC Bank Corp., No. 02-1814, (W.D. Pa. Mar. 7, 2005), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendant.
  • Cohen v. PNC Bank Corp., No. 03-0980, (W.D. Pa. Feb. 8, 2005), obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendant.
  • Duda and Johnson v. Lincoln Harbor CVS, et al., No. L 5409-03 (NJ. Superior Court, Hudson Cty, Sep. 9, 2004), obtained dismissal with prejudice on behalf of defendants.
